Meet Jennifer Lewis

Jennifer believes yoga creates strength, flexibility, and balance in mind and body. As a yoga teacher, Jennifer's goal is to teach yoga that is accessible... for everybody and every body, with a focus on breath as an essential part of the practice. She enjoys sharing her love of yoga... and helping others find their own inner peace, balance, and calm.
